We ship most orders from our base in Sydney, we allow for a 2 to 5 business day delivery period once an order is placed.

We use StarTrack and DHL as a reputable shipping agencies and all items will be fully traceable once shipped. We like to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping. As such, we take responsibility for StarTrack and DHL’s premium express services when shipping out all items.

Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes as such we require a street address.  International orders also require someone to be available to sign for your package.


Allfoods is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind.  We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will honor exchanges and credit notes. Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving an item via email to support@allfoods.com.au. Items must be returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty.

We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:

Allfoods takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
